Work with product managers and the wider UX team to redesign and launch the new sales platform

Problem Statement

The network was in a multi-year effort to revamp their legacy sales platform. They were heavily developing without UX direction. They also did not have a UX presence in New York City to help lead both product managers and developers towards success. They were in year 2 of the project, but had little to show for their efforts and investment dollars. They wanted someone to come in and help get the project back on track quickly.

Goals & Purpose

The purpose of the project was to digitally transform and overhaul their legacy sales platform that hadn't changed in over 20+ years. The purpose of this portion of the project was to get their RFP sales portion of the platform up and running. They were behind schedule and needed to engage user experience to assist in accelerating the project back on course.

Project Results

Successful collaboration and planning between executive stakeholders, product, sales, design and technology lead to a successful delivery of the RFP portion of the sales platform within 9 months of renewed UX engagement.

UX Design & Architecture

Led the effort on the RFP section of the Sales Platform. The focus was primarily on tile design and search filter design and architecture which was the spine of the entire system design across applications on the new digital sales platform. Brainstormed, designed and prototyped the interactive behaviors for tiles and enhanced search filter. Also helped conduct user experience testing and user interviews.
